By accessing or using Calculixy you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the Site. These Terms are a binding legal agreement between you and Calculixy, LLC ("Calculixy," "we," "us," or "our").
1. What Calculixy Is
Calculixy provides free online calculators, guides, and educational articles for general informational and educational purposes only. All calculator outputs — including results for real estate, business, finance, insurance, health, mathematics, education, and everyday planning — are mathematical estimates based on the inputs you supply. Nothing on this Site is professional advice of any kind.

NEITHER YOU NOR CALCULIXY WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY OTHER PROCEEDING IN WHICH EITHER PARTY ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
